We have an 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 8 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item (within 8 days).

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be issued within 8 working days from the date of approval.

  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
